Over the course of my 7 years with the company I was in a constant state of growth and progression. Moving from field support and customer training, into Social Media management, then serving as the companies first ever Digital Marketing Manager, before being tasked with leading the companies strategic Marketing and Media efforts worldwide. I was the key creative leader, and marketing strategist through five critical new-product launches, and a period of never before seen challenges from clients, and competitors.

Notable Work

Served as creative lead for the launch of TeraTrak terrain mapping device.

Responsible for crafting messaging, visuals and digital promotions to aid in the awareness and adoption of this unique and innovative product.

TeraTrack launch videos received over thirty thousand views combined, generated over 100 qualified leads, and units were sold-out and wait list only for the first year of product life.

TeraTrak Product Launch

I was the Media and Marketing mastermind behind the Falcon+ product roll-out.

The Falcon+ product launch encompassed three new locating systems, and 4 new transmitters released over the course of 18 months. I was responsible for marketing and promotional materials for the ecosystem as a whole and each individual items. Both for digital, and dealer marketing channels.

The adoption rate of the new systems exceeded projections, and the company enjoyed record sales during the roll-out period.

Falcon+ Product Launch

HDDContractor.com

Founder and creator of HDDContractor.com the HDD Industries only contractor driven news/media site. Designed to shift the power dynamic in favor of the individual contractors and away from the factories.

In its first year of existence the site has seen thousands of visitors, covered topics no other trade publication would dare cover, and grown its Facebook group to over eight thousand members.

Rates:

Monthly Retainer- $8,000

Includes all planning, creative, and ongoing work, web design, videography, photography….everything. In person, remote, and in-field work. Also covers sponsorship for HDDContractor.com and dedicated DrilRite section on site, regular and exclusive promotion in my Facebook groups and to my personal social and web audience. Billed monthly.

Half Time Retainer- $4,000

The same scope as the full-time retainer, work done on a part-time basis.

Project Based- Starting at $2,500

Mutually agreed upon, one off marketing/media projects with defined objective, scope, and deliverables.

Day Rate -$500

Flat rate for one day of work. Ideal for occasional content creation projects.

Paid media/Ad Spend - Varies

Budget determined on an rolling basis, with client approval, and payable directly by client to vendor.

Contingency - %

No up-front fee collected for services rendered. Fee can vary widely and depends on several factors, including the scope of the project, the specific objectives, and the level of risk involved.

*Travel Expenses specific to client work will be submitted for approval prior to travel and billed to client on a monthly basis as they occur*

Projects/Objectives 2024

Q1-

  • Consult with key stake holders to develop a comprehensive Marketing plan and budget for 2024

  • Determine benchmarks and KPIs, agree upon goals, and create roadmap.

  • Prepare to platform switch, relaunch website with aim at using analytics to determine opportunities, and improving SEO.

  • Prepare content for the launch of SXS Giveaway campaign.

  • Conduct on camera interviews at HQ for website and social content.

  • Prepare sales collateral for March trade show.

Q2-

  • Trade show and SXS Giveaway campaign - attend trade show to capture content, launch and actively manage the side by side giveaway campaign, including publishing content, and paid ads, tracking KPIs and making adjustments in ad spend and placement to optimize for desired outcomes.

  • Distribute giveaway promotional merch.

  • Develop resources section of website and create pipeline to support the creation of content on an ongoing basis.

  • Focus on discovery SEO for site…reach outside of mud, go for HDD as whole.

Q3-

  • Post SXS giveaway content - Capture giveaway, customer testimonial and corresponding content for publication to social and web.

  • Get the most out of the giveaway spend by making sure we get all the backend feel good attention.

  • Prepare for Pepsi challenge campaign, design test, plan, schedule and shoot.

  • Design associated marketing material, articles, graphics etc.

  • Have the website fully revamped with resource section, ownership and employee profiles and interview content, enhanced product information, customer testimonials etc.

  • Optimize conversion points on website as needed. A/B test contact pages, email list sign ups, and dealer maps.

Q4-

  • Pepsi Challenge campaign - release Pepsi challenge content supported by paid ads - drive traffic to newly optimized website, track new customer acquisition via free product promotion tied to Pepsi challenge….

  • Release year recap mini doc at end of year.

  • Toy drive/holiday campaign leading into the holidays

  • Prepare for Q1 2025.
