Over the course of my 7 years with the company I was in a constant state of growth and progression. Moving from field support and customer training, into Social Media management, then serving as the companies first ever Digital Marketing Manager, before being tasked with leading the companies strategic Marketing and Media efforts worldwide. I was the key creative leader, and marketing strategist through five critical new-product launches, and a period of never before seen challenges from clients, and competitors.

Notable Work

Served as creative lead for the launch of TeraTrak terrain mapping device.

Responsible for crafting messaging, visuals and digital promotions to aid in the awareness and adoption of this unique and innovative product.

TeraTrack launch videos received over thirty thousand views combined, generated over 100 qualified leads, and units were sold-out and wait list only for the first year of product life.

TeraTrak Product Launch

I was the Media and Marketing mastermind behind the Falcon+ product roll-out.

The Falcon+ product launch encompassed three new locating systems, and 4 new transmitters released over the course of 18 months. I was responsible for marketing and promotional materials for the ecosystem as a whole and each individual items. Both for digital, and dealer marketing channels.

The adoption rate of the new systems exceeded projections, and the company enjoyed record sales during the roll-out period.

Falcon+ Product Launch

Founder and creator of HDDContractor.com the HDD Industries only contractor driven news/media site. Designed to shift the power dynamic in favor of the individual contractors and away from the factories.

In its first year of existence the site has seen thousands of visitors, covered topics no other trade publication would dare cover, and grown its Facebook group to over eight thousand members.

Initial Field Visit and Content Capture – Summer 2025

  • Travel to Phoenix to meet with Core Media leadership and align on project goals, messaging priorities, and target audiences.

  • Film and photograph crews actively working in the field, capturing high-impact visuals of operations, equipment, safety practices, and job site professionalism.

  • Conduct on-camera interviews with key staff to highlight company culture, values, and differentiators.

  • Capture supplemental visuals at the office, yard, or warehouse to round out content for the new website and marketing library.

  • Begin photo and video editing immediately following the site visit to prepare for the web launch.

Website Development and Launch – Summer to Early Fall 2025

  • Design and build a modern, mobile-optimized website that positions Core Media as a leader in its industry.

  • Develop focused content sections for:

    • Services and capabilities

    • Completed projects and visual case studies

    • Company background and leadership profiles

    • Careers page to drive hiring with embedded video and staff testimonials

  • Integrate newly captured media into the site for authenticity and impact.

  • Write SEO-optimized copy to improve search performance in the Phoenix market and across targeted verticals.

  • Launch basic analytics to track user behavior and identify high-performing content and conversion points.

Recruitment Campaign and Brand Expansion – Fall 2025

  • Repurpose interview footage and field visuals into short-form videos to power recruitment ads and social media outreach.

  • Launch targeted job applicant campaigns using video testimonials, day-in-the-life clips, and behind-the-scenes content.

  • Begin A/B testing application forms, landing pages, and site CTAs to increase applicant flow and conversion.

  • Continue expanding the website with new project spotlights, blog content, or a “Working at Core Media” series.

End-of-Year Content and Planning – Winter 2025 into 2026

  • Publish a branded year-end recap video featuring project milestones, team achievements, and key moments from the year.

  • Use the momentum from the new site and recruitment campaign to build a long-term content strategy for 2026.

  • Plan and develop seasonal campaigns, employee recognition features, or industry education content.

  • Optional: Build a digital media plan or trade show strategy to expand Core Media’s regional presence going into the new year.
